Welcome to Two Dads Café—where great food meets dad jokes (don’t worry, they’re optional). Since 2010, we’ve been serving up delicious meals and heartfelt hospitality in Kingsport, Tennessee, all thanks to two food-loving fathers, Randy and Charles King.
What started as catering for Randy’s daughter’s 16th birthday soon turned into a full-fledged culinary adventure. After realizing their passion for feeding people, they opened their first kitchen, and the rest is history—well, a history full of hungry customers and happy bellies.
Family is the secret ingredient behind Two Dads. From parents lending financial and kitchen expertise to supportive spouses and kids, it’s truly a team effort. Even an auction house next door helped boost our early business (turns out, bidding wars work up an appetite).
When we outgrew our first spot, we found a fixer-upper that needed some serious TLC. With eight months of hard work, it became the cozy café you know today. Now, our space comfortably seats 100 guests between the main dining area and party room—because good food deserves a good crowd.
We wouldn’t be here without our amazing customers, and we’re excited to keep serving up mouthwatering meals with a side of dad-approved hospitality. Thanks for being part of our story—now, what’s for lunch?
